Return: This occurs when you are only returning a product and not purchasing anything in its place.  For example, something was ordered but you no longer need it.  The return process can be affected by a variety of circumstances. In some cases, products that have been opened or used cannot be returned. Most items can be returned, but will likely incur a restocking fee.

Exchange: This occurs when you purchase an item and return it in exchange for another item. For example, a 1/4" fitting was purchased when a 3/8" fitting was needed. The exchange process can be affected by a variety of circumstances. In some cases, products that have been opened or used cannot be exchanged.  In an exchange, there is generally no restocking fee.

A: We've made the return process as easy and painless as possible.

If you ordered directly from Mistcooling (our website, by phone, or in-store) please follow the steps below.  If you ordered from our Amazon store, you will need to process the return through your Amazon account. We are unable to assist with Amazon returns.

Step 1: Log in to your Mistcooling account: CLICK HERE.

Step 2: Once signed in, select "My Account."

Step 3: Under "Recent Orders" find the correct order and select "View Order."

Step 4: Once the order is opened, select "Return."

Step 5: Select the items you would like to return, enter the quantity you are returning, and select the drop downs as requested (E.g. opened, unopened, etc.

Step 6: In the Message box, please provide additional information such as why you are returning the product, any troubleshooting steps you've attempted, etc. This will help expedite the return process. Important: If you need us to send you a shipping label, please include that in the message box. Labels are only sent upon a customer's request.  Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs in most returns. The cost of the label may be deducted from your refund.

Step 7: Wait to hear from us. All returns must be approved by technical support. An agent may reach out to you with additional questions if we believe an alternative solution is available. If we don't need to reach out to you, we will simply mark the return "approved," and you will be notified by email.

Step 8: Ship or bring the item(s) to 5001 South Front St. STE 1A. Brookshire, TX 77423. Important:  Make sure to insulate and package items securely in the original packaging. Damages that occur in shipping may be deducted from your refund or may void the return altogether. It is advised to include a printed copy of your return request in the package so that we know who it is from.

Step 9: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your refund accordingly.  Please note that it may take 1-2 weeks for the item to be inspected and approved and for the refund to be processed.

A: Many of our products cannot be restocked or resold. We do not make any profit from the 25% restocking fee. It simply helps to offset the losses associated with returns, and it rarely offsets those losses completely.  We strive to make sure that our products are of the highest quality so that returns are unnecessary.

Once your return is approved, we'll send you a shipping label and a reference number to attach. This will help our shipping team quickly match your return to your order. Once you've shipped it back, our shipping department will take care of everything else.

 Refund - Your Money

Once your return reaches us, our dedicated shipping team will carefully review the order information, inspect the item's condition, and promptly approve your refund. The credit card processing company usually takes 24 to 48 hours to finalize the refund. Rest assured, we'll keep you updated on the refund status through your ticket.
