Q: Where does free shipping apply?

A: We only offer free shipping to the 48 "mainland" states in the USA.  Free shipping is not offered to Hawaii, Alaska, non-state US territories, or international customers.

Q: How much do I need to spend to qualify for free shipping?

A: Right now, we are offering free shipping on orders over $49.99. This amount may be subject to change.

Q: Is there a limit to how much can be shipped for free?

A: Yes. Free shipping only applies if the shipping cost is less than $100.00.  Shipping estimation tools on most websites may not always calculate shipping costs accurately, and there is a possibility that we may require additional payment in the event that our actual shipping cost is excessively higher than what was estimated.

Q: Can I get expedited or "next-day air" shipping for free?

No. Free shipping only applies to standard, ground shipping.

Q: Can I pick up at the store and avoid shipping charges?

A: Yes. We do offer in-store pick up at no cost. 

Q: Will Mistcooling work with 3rd party shippers?

A. No. Mistcooling works with its own, chosen carriers for standard, freight, and international shipping.  If a different carrier is preferred, customers may choose the "pick up in store" option and make their own shipping arrangements. 

Q: Does Mistcooling Ship Internationally?

A: Yes! Mistcooling ships to customers all around the world.   (We may not be able to ship to certain countries that are currently undergoing war, civil unrest, etc.)

Q: Does Mistcooling cover customs fees, taxes, duties, or tariffs for international shipping?

A: No. We do not cover any costs or fees associated with customs, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. for international shipping. We are unable to calculate what those costs will be.  Normally, the carrier will reach out to the purchaser and inform them of the additional charges. It is the purchaser's responsibility to pay for those costs through the carrier's preferred method.  In the event that a purchaser refuses to pay, or does not respond to the carrier, the purchaser will be liable for all costs, charges, and/or damages related to returned or abandoned shipments.


“Next-Day Air” orders placed on Friday will normally arrive on the next business day- Monday. If you have placed an order for next-day shipping, but need the order on Saturday, please fill out the form below.

(Please note that we will not be able to change the shipping method for orders that have already been shipped)
